Note: No insurance company will pay for House Calls or Home Visits. The cost for this service is $200.00 per visit plus mileage (add $1 for extra each mile) when outside (more 5 Miles) the service area. This will cover the visit, evaluation, assessment, and Acupuncture treatment,( when necessary below lists are included treatments at NO additional charge. Therapeutic Massage, Cupping, heating Pad, Gua Sha (Scrap), Tui Na, Electrical Stim, Acupressure-no Needles. You must be prepaid 1/3: $60.)
